Shipping
We only ship to the United States. You must be 18 years or older to order from our site. We may require proof of age or parental approval prior to shipment. Spore Printers reserves the right to cancel and refund any order prior to shipping.
Though some of our spores are offered for microscopy study only, we are not allowed to ship Psilocybe Cubensis, Panaeolus Strains, or other Psilocybe strains to the following states in accordance with local laws:
- California
- Georgia
- Idaho
We will ship edible mushroom strains to all 50 states. All spore orders ship using insured, priority mail services to ensure your specimens arrive safely and quickly. Orders are typically shipped withing 24-48 hours after your order is received. Should you place an order with the incorrect shipping address, we will reship any orders returned to us for an additional shipping charge.
Refunds & Returns
Our liquid spore cultures and culture plates for edible mushroom strains come with the Spore Printers viability guarantee. All of our products are produced under sterile lab conditions to prevent contamination. Should you receive a product that was damaged during shipping, unsatisfactory or somehow shows signs of contamination please Contact Us.
Returns are accepted for 7 days after you’ve received your order. We will provide you with specific instructions for returning your products. We do not accept returns without our prior written approval. All products must be returned in their original, unopened condition in order to be eligible for a refund. All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have received a damaged item or your item is defective, please Contact Us.
